• The role holder is also responsible to conduct periodic inspection at all franchisees/PRD units.
• The role holder is responsible to provide technical assistance till the closure of complaints with regards to the process and products.

• ITI / Diploma in Engineering in Electrical / Mechanical discipline
• Experience of 3 to 5 years in machinery handling
• Should possess attention to details
• Ability to troubleshoot issues in the machinery

• Responsible for demo, inspection, installation and commission of new machinery at various customer locations
• Responsible to handle maintenance and breakdown of machinery.
• Analyze competitor’s product and understand the variation with the company’s product.
• Responsible for process auditing and training.
• Improve customer satisfaction by fulfilling their requirements.
• Prepare and maintain reports and documents for analysis and audit purpose

Educational Qualification / Experience required:

• B.Sc Chemistry / Rubber / Polymer Technology
• 1 to 2 years of experience in handling quality in rubber processing / tyre manufacturing industry.

• General Shop Floor audit.
• FIFO Follow Up
• Process Audit
• ISO Documentation
• Review of communication log book and scheduling
• Stock taking of semi finished goods
• Scrap transfer and accounting
• Compound testing and inspection
