Key Purpose of the Job:

• The Quality Assurance Executive is responsible for planning, developing and implementing strategies for quality department.
• The role holder is responsible for managing quality assurance activities for all plants, and ensure adherence to quality standards, as per requirements.
• The role holder is also responsible for driving initiatives and projects for quality improvement and quality standards, as per requirements.
• Leading and directing quality team for all plants is also critical for the role.

• Graduate Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Rubber Technology
• Experience of 10 – 15 years in Manufacturing / Quality Assurance in any manufacturing / rubber processing industry
• Should have implemented QMS systems
• Should possess experience of handling customer complaints.
• Should have handled / coordinated for ISO audits
• 6. Should possess experience of handling teams in quality function

• Plan, develop and implement strategies for the quality department
• Responsible for managing quality assurance activities for all plants, and ensure adherence to quality standards, as per requirements
• Drive initiatives, projects for quality improvement and quality standards
• Manage quality related documentation / information and handle ISO 9001 – 2015 activities for the plants
• Lead and direct quality team for all plants

Educational Qualification / Experience required:

• B.Sc Chemistry / Rubber / Polymer Technology
• 1 to 2 years of experience in handling quality in rubber processing / tyre manufacturing industry.

• FIFO Follow Up
• Process Audit
• ISO Documentation
• Review of communication log book and scheduling
• Stock taking of semi finished goods
• Scrap transfer and accounting
• Compound testing and inspection

Educational Qualification / Experience required:

• Diploma / B.E / B.Tech Rubber Technology / Polymer Technology / Mechanical
• 3to 4 years of experience in handling production in rubber processing / tyre manufacturing industry.

• Oversee production process.
• Achievement of production target
• Ensure quality deliverables.
• Manpower handling.
• Schedule Maintenance.
• Working Knowledge of SAP

Educational Qualification / Experience required:

• Graduate or any equivalent
• Experience of 10 to 12 years in sales (preferably rubber raw material / retread sales / tyre sales/ industrial sales)
• Should possess knowledge of tyre manufacturing market

• Develop sales strategy and drive implementation for the assigned products
• Drive achievement of sales and collection targets for the assigned products, as required
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers for the assigned products

Educational Qualification / Experience required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field CA / ICWA, CA /ICWA Intermediate ,CPA, ACCA and previous experience in a similar role are preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software SAP and MS Office
• Direct and indirect taxation experience including appeal level
• Costing department handling in the SAP
• Multiple currency accounting knowledge
• Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures including GL review
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Working experience in MNC / Public Limited companies in required

• The Manager is responsible for setting up and maintenance of accurate process
• GL (responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and performing general accounting tasks. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial records and compliance with accounting regulations, Consolidation of accounts with multiple foreign currencies, etc)
• GST ( Monthly return, Assessment, Appeal, reconciliation, etc),
• Costing information including (standard costs to actual costs, maintenance of selling price master, maintenance of perpetual inventory system, participating in the month end close and budgeting process)
• Assisting the Senior Management with day-to-day operations and reporting requirements. This position will be responsible for developing/maintaining an effective cost accounting system to reduce cost and improve overall profitability.
